Rewrite Your Story. Reclaim Your Worth. Step Into YourPurpose.
A One-Day Experiential Therapy Intensive for Women

What If the Story You've Believed About Yourself Is What's Keeping You From Taking Your Seat at the Table?
You have gifts. You have value. Your voice matters.
But somewhere along the way, you may have learned to question those truths.
Maybe you were taught to be quiet, put everyone else first, or believe your thoughts and needs weren't as important as someone else's.
Maybe you've spent years wondering, "Am I enough? Does my voice matter? Do I have what it takes?"
What if those questions are rooted in old stories that no longer have to define how you see yourself?
Your past may have shaped your story, but it doesn't have to define your future.
Is It Time to Reclaim Your Seat?
This experience may be for you if...
-
You know you have gifts and abilities, but struggle to recognize your own worth.
-
You often question whether your voice, opinions, or contributions really matter.
-
You've spent years putting everyone else's needs ahead of your own.
-
You feel stuck or uncertain about the next chapter of your life.
-
You've been influenced by family, cultural, or relationship messages that made you feel less than or unimportant.
-
You recognize that old beliefs may be holding you back from pursuing the life you desire.
You don't have to have everything figured out to begin exploring a different way forward.
Reclaim Your Seat offers a supportive therapeutic setting to examine the stories you've carried and begin developing healthier narratives about yourself.
What You'll Experience During This Intensive
1. UNCOVER YOUR OLD STORY
Explore how childhood experiences, family dynamics, and significant relationships may have shaped the beliefs you carry about yourself.
2. IDENTIFY WHAT'S HOLDING YOU BACK
Recognize the internal messages that may be influencing your confidence, relationships, decisions, and willingness to pursue new opportunities.
3. CHALLENGE LIMITING BELIEFS
Begin examining deeply rooted narratives such as "I'm not enough," "My voice doesn't matter," or "I don't deserve to take up space."
4. BEGIN REWRITING YOUR STORY
Participate in guided experiential therapeutic exercises designed to help you develop healthier, more affirming beliefs about yourself.
5. PRACTICE SHOWING UP DIFFERENTLY
Through therapeutic role-play and guided exercises, explore new ways to respond when old emotional triggers and patterns resurface.
6. CREATE YOUR PERSONAL PATH FORWARD
Develop an individualized aftercare plan to help you recognize old narratives and continue practicing healthier responses beyond the intensive.
