Individual Intensive
Igniting Purpose Intensives offer a powerful alternative to traditional weekly counseling, providing uninterrupted time to go deep with God and uncover the root causes of personal or relational struggles. Set apart from the distractions of daily life, unplug from social media, this sacred space allows for focused heart work—integrating evidence-based methods like Brainspotting with Biblical truth—to help reprocess past pain, break unhealthy patterns, and align your life with God’s purpose for you. Learn what old narratives are keeping you stuck and be set free.
Couples Intensive
This couples-focused intensive creates a sacred space to step away from daily distractions and intentionally focus on your relationship. Guided by Biblical principles and clinical wisdom, you’ll learn practical, Spirit-led communication techniques, heal lingering wounds, and release long-held resentments. Using proven approaches like EMDR alongside Scripture, we’ll help you break free from cycles of conflict and rediscover God’s purpose for your marriage—a relationship marked by unity, grace, and mutual understanding. Every marriage has hope if both want change.
Group Intensive
Set in a peaceful, restorative environment, this immersive group experience invites participants into a journey of transformation—spirit, soul, and body. Blending clinical excellence with Biblical insight, powerful experiential modalities such as psychodrama, bibliodrama, art and music therapy, adventure-based activities, and equine-assisted therapy are utilized.Through Spirit-led group work, creative expression, and shared encounters, you’ll uncover and heal emotional wounds, break free from limiting patterns, and rediscover your God-given identity and purpose.

🌿 December Couple’s Intensive Workshop
A Transformative 3-Day Experience! We’re excited to offer a Couple’s Intensive Workshop from December 3–6, 2025. This group intensive is designed for partners who want to dive deeper into understanding themselves and how they show up in their relationships. This experience is one-third the cost of most 3-day couples’ intensives, at just $3,000 per couple, and is led by two experienced Christian experiential therapists. If you’ve ever felt stuck in recurring patterns with your partner, or noticed that your usual coping strategies create distance instead of connection, this workshop is for you.
Through experiential work and guided reflection, you’ll begin to see how your inner world shapes your ability to stay connected with yourself and your loved ones. This is not about learning quick tools or techniques — it’s about becoming more authentic and aware of how you show up in relationships. Because of the depth of this experience, we’re limiting the group to just 5 couples so that each person receives focused individual attention.

The group setting gave me something that I never dreamed possible and that wouldn’t have been as powerful any other way. The psychodrama and the art therapy initially had me highly uncertain because it required trust and transparency, and was outside my comfort zone to a huge degree. But God used those two areas to give me new freedom and bring healing. Psychodrama challenged and enabled us to hear each other without judgment and get free of layers of garbage that didn’t belong to us. Kathy guided, taught, and encouraged with rare insight and wisdom. Discovering God’s genuine Father’s heart for me transformed my whole relationship with God and with myself, which has transferred into my relationships with everyone else.
